Part of our expertise includes defining a lease flow to streamlined tours to not overwhelm prospects with too much information. We strive to create an effective team to convey the brand. Our method also builds on setting up the leasing team with a “warm” lead hand-off to build trust & convert on a higher close rate. Creating a tour experience will only create opportunities to upsell & cross sell other units.
